Nourishing Hope:

In a powerful step toward combating childhood malnutrition, Vision for Ethiopia Association (VEA), in partnership with Children Believe, has successfully delivered supplementary nutrition to 205 vulnerable children in Shire-Indasilassie. The effort forms part of the broader Child, Family & Community Development Project, which focuses on fostering holistic well-being across education, health, protection, and gender equity.

This intervention was designed to support children at risk due to food insecurity, many of whom have been affected by conflict and displacement. By providing targeted nutritional supplements, the initiative aims to restore health and bolster resilience within families and communities.

Local officials and community representatives were engaged throughout the delivery process, ensuring the aid reached those in greatest need and reinforcing VEA’s commitment to community-driven change.
